I just signed mine last week! My oldest child is 13, so it was overdue. Most of my friends (some with many kids) don't have any at all, but if the conversation comes up I am going to do my best to encourage them to get one. One person said, "I don't need a will, because my father is beneficiary of my life insurance, so it is obvious he should have custody of the kids." :(
